Rob has more than two decades of experience building companies, leading teams and helping clients elevate their operational, marketing, and sales execution. He is especially passionate about helping companies automate their approach to business process improvement, workflow enablement, and robotic process automation. Rob has worked with the Nintex platform for over twelve years and served as president and/or managing director of multiple organizations that were each awarded Partner of the Year honors by Nintex. 

 

Before taking on the role of President/CEO at BOOST Strategy Partners, Rob served as Managing Director of Protiviti, President of SusQtech, President of Live Elements, COO of IntraPoint, Director of Solutions at Susquehanna Technologies and in senior digital marketing roles at the New York City Marathon and The American Museum of Natural History.

Chris has over 10 years of experience helping his clients plan and execute digital transformation initiatives that optimize their return on investment and result in the highest possible level of user adoption. Chris specializes in streamlining and automating business processes and he has worked with the Nintex platform for over eight years. 
 

Chris served consulting and business development roles at both SusQtech and Protiviti when each firm was respectively recognized as a Nintex Partner of the Year. Chris also has extensive experience with SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and SharePoint Online, as well as Microsoft Azure.

 

Before joining BOOST Strategy Partners as Client Services Director, Chris served as Sales Director for New Signature, the only firm to win back-to-back Microsoft Partner of the Year awards; as Manager at Protiviti; as Account Director at SusQtech; and as Account Director for Aerotek. Chris is keenly focused on ensuring every customer interaction at BOOST Strategy Partners is a positive and productive experience for our clients.

Mike McManus

Mike has over 20 years of technology experience, including software development, database design, SharePoint developoment, Nintex consulting, and training. Mike has architected and integrated a broad array of Nintex solutions, ranging from simple document approval workflows to much more complex workflows that require multiple levels of approvals, and integration with SharePoint and other external environments.

Mike has developed Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflows for all available platforms: On-Premises, Office 365/SharePoint Online, and Nintex Workflow Cloud.  Mike has worked with SharePoint since 2001 and with Nintex since 2007.

Prior to Joining BOOST, Mike worked as a Software Developer, Solution Architect, Consultant and Trainer at Protiviti, SusQtech and the Veterans Administration.

Karen Newlin

Architect

Karen has been implementing and administering enterprise level systems and processes for over 13 years. She began her career in government contracting, supporting email management for the Department of Homeland Security.  She then pivoted to enterprise security and availability monitoring using Nimsoft where she developed rules and scripts to monitor hundreds of mission critical servers. In 2014 she joined Protiviti and learned Sharepoint and Nintex, working with clients to define their business needs, assess their processes, and design the most efficient workflows and forms to boost their productivity, minimizing wasted time and resources.

Sam is seasoned program management and technology consultant with over two decades experience in the Federal, Association/Non-Profit, healthcare, banking, and payment card sectors. During that time has led scores of successful projects and managed programs in custom software development, website implementations, product implementations, and business process improvement.


Sam has been consulting in SharePoint content management since 2007 and brings to bear a wealth of knowledge in best practices for on-premise, O365, and Nintex implementations. Sam has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2005 and previously held Program Manager and Director roles at Spheris, Oberthur, SusQTech, and PCMG.

Kathy has been providing clients with technology project management and business analysis  for more than 20 years. Her experience ranges from custom developed solutions to commercial solutions, such as SharePoint and Nintex.

As a project leader, Kathy works alongside the project team members, not just in the management of the project tasks, but by actively performing tasks that are related to business analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and training. This level of engagement ensures a thorough understanding of the project and helps to guide the project to a successful implementation.

There are many aspects and details of project management which Kathy enjoys, but she inherently understands that communication is one of the most essential traits of a project manager. She is driven to ensure that she communicates proactively and openly to develop a partnership between the Boost team and the client.

Kathy has held the Project Management Professional certification since 2004. Kathy’s prior experience includes leadership roles at American Management Systems, CGI, SusQTech, and STG.

Ashley is an experienced Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience in the graphic design industry. He has a BA in Graphic Design and a Masters Degree in Children's Book Illustration. Ashley is skilled in Logo Design, Content Design and creating graphics for Digital Media. Ashley is a published author and illustrator of several highly acclaimed children's books and has proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
 

Ashley works remotely for Boost to create infographics and digital forms based on client requirements. He also creates graphics and social media content for Boost and for the Boost Web site.

Shawn has over 20 years of experience in technology including software development, database design, SharePoint developoment and Nintex consulting. Mike Steadman

Prior to joining Boost as a Senior Advisor, Mike served as as CEO of SusQtech, Managing Director of Protiviti's Enterprise Content Management Practice, and spent 10 years in the U.S. Air Force, assigned to the U.S. Special Operations Command. Mike brings more than 25 years of operational management and business process improvement experience to his role at BOOST. 

 

Mike has served as an active speaker and writer within the Association and Non-Profit industry, and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, where he has served on the technology committee. Mike also served on the Advisory Board at the Harry Byrd School of Business at Shenandoah University, and the Advisory Board at the School of Business at James Madison University. Mike holds an A.S. in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a B.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University, and an M.S. in Information Technology Management with Virginia Tech.

Jim LaRocca is a technology executive and entrepreneur with a 25 year record of managing organizational growth and corporate development. As co-founder of SusQtech, a professional services firm focused on delivering Microsoft SharePoint-based technology solutions, he led the organization’s rapid growth from startup to Microsoft’s Mid- Atlantic Partner of the Year. Prior to joining SusQtech, Mr. LaRocca held several executive positions in the technology publishing industry with CMP Media and The Times Mirror Company.


He currently serves on several advisory boards for emerging technology startups and in his role as a Senior Advisor at BOOST, Jim focuses on helping association and non-profit customers leverage Nintex to streamline their sales, marketing, and member retention processes.
